You are able to view a list of the vendors an individual user is associated to. This is what is used to set what they see in their My Sales screen.
- Log into the administration area
- Select Users & Groups > Users from the menu bar drop down
- View the user
- Click on the username
- Click on the Vendor Association tab
- View the full list of Vendors the user is associated to for your Auctioneers
