White Listing a user allows the user to be automatically approved for any auction they register for. This however will not work if the user is Red Flagged.

  • Log into the administration area
  • Select Users & Groups > Users from the menu bar drop down
  • View the user 
  • Click on the username
  • Click the Edit tab 
  • Tick the White Listed? box (see image below)

  • In the box that appears type in the reason why you are White Listing the user
  • Click Save
  • The user has now been White Listed.

OR

  • Select Users & Groups > Users from the menu bar drop down
  • Modify the Filter to find the User
  • Click on the '+' button within the Whitelist column for the user (see image below)
  • Enter the reason for White Listing in the audit dialogue box
  • Click Save



  •  White Listed users can be easily identified by the Star Icon



Note: To De-White List a user simply untick the White Listed? box in the Edit tab or click on the Star Icon in the User Management screen
