How to Reconcile a Webcast Auction with Suspended Items

- When a Webcast auction has ended any Items that were passed in the Webcast console will show as SUSPENDED in the Item Management Screen
- You need to Withdraw the Suspended item(s) in the Item Management screen to enable the auction to be fully reconciled
- Search for the Suspended item and click Withdraw
- Go back to the Viewing Auction screen and click Reconcile
- Items will change to UNSOLD and RECONCILED
