If an auction has more than 1000 items it is recommended that you split the file into two auctions for performance reasons
There are some open source software tools available that will assist with this task (please always download responsibly). Otherwise, the file can be split manually into separate files.
Always ensure that the top two rows are retained in each file so that the system recognises the upload successfully.
