- Log into the admin site
- Go to Auctions & Items > View Auctions
- Locate your auction in the list. If you cannot see it, check the Modify Filter settings
- Click on the auction title to open the auction, then press Items in the top right hand corner
- Click the Bid Table button in the Actions column of the required item
- Press the blue Export Bid Table button above the bid table.
